So, Last week I found out I was in charge of bringing a dessert to a family baptism on Saturday (aka yesterday). Friday at work I decided I wanted to make a two tier fondant cake. It's far from perfect but I'm happy with the results. I want to keep practicing so when the big 1st birthday (yikes!) comes around I can make a fun one for C.

AH!!! That turned out really cute! I'm scared to try fondant...every birthday cake I've made in the past always comes from a box, and more often than not, the frosting comes from a container! haha...My plan is to get it down before Taylor's first birthday :)
